Please note we can only accept refund two weeks prior to the day of booking. We do however support any changes you wish to make if we are not full, we can also Issue credit for future camp weeks, so that you will not lose any money. If you do not show up to the booking then we do not accept …morerefunds or credit as we would have catered for staff child ratios already. We recommend that children who are 3 or 4 have been to a childcare providers or are in a Nursery before signing up and also need to be toilet trained to attend. If they have never done a full day then please book a half day camp instead. All Information for camp will be sent the week before. less
